Everything good to you in fighting the good fight against the aging process, but your description of this as having been progressive over a couple of years, and relating it to a loss in average speed in that time period as your benchmark for diagnosis might (and let me emphasize might) be contributing to some sense of anxiety that only makes the whole exercise of bicycle riding marginally less enjoyable.

I know I'm not as fast as I think I once was here, so I'm OK with it.



Certainly with your whole testosterone experiment, you are probably going to notice more of a decline than would I, who has kept his body as a temple, pure from PED's.* The other drugs like hallucinogens don't count in assessing performance drop.


*full story: I did use caffeine to get through the training tower at the fire academy. I was weak.
