So a follow up report from the internist visit today. He thinks my B12 "tank" (liver) never got topped off like it was supposed to and wants me take several injections close together before returning to the once monthly schedule. And he suspects I really needed to continue the testosterone. He plans to prescribe for me a locally formulated cream (compounding pharmacy) that is cheaper than the brand name gels and more pleasant than the injections. All pending results of the new blood work underway.
