My better brake levers on my trekking bike and its bars are Magura's HS 33 hydraulic rim brakes..

the brake caliper fits on V/Cantilever brazed on posts..

[FWIW, closed hydraulic system means that .. a bleed screw can have a supply hose attached to it, so you could use 2 levers on one brake just like the brake has 2 pistons squeezing the brake pads to the rim at the far end.]
