That said, there's no reason not to reuse brass nipples. Aluminum nipples are also reusable when you have the foresight to properly lubricate the threads and rim sockets with anti-seize or grease.
Thanks Drew. Yeah I have no problem reusing. However, sometimes they get crapped up from wrench slippage or when a spoke breaks off inside. Now where do buy some Japanese JIS nipples - Dang I used to visit Japan on business at least once a year when I worked for a Japanese company (1984-2006)!!
