Yes. Took me just a couple nights to get used to the boot. The immediate results made it worth it. Couple times traveling without it I could tell in the morning I still had PF, but it was much better. Probably was cured in 3 months but wore the boot for maybe 6. I was used to it and I didn't want to take a chance on it coming back. And wearing the boot is far better than taking a steady diet of pain relievers - which actually didn't help at all for my PF.
