I like this bike a lot. Keep in mind that it will be tough to find a replacement for the rear cassette and that 531 CS means 531 main triangle and reynolds chrome moly fork and stays. Still there's a bump up for a touring bike. The derailleurs are top notch (deore xt and huret retrofriction downtube shifters) and the crank and brakes are also very good.

I'd value it at right around $250 or so as it sits. A lot depends on where you live. A bit more in a larger city, maybe a bit less in a smaller one.
