More details:? 1/8 is the OD of the barb and ID of the hose, and 1/4" female is the back end that threads over where the barb broke off? Hose clamp you used to make sure the hose was secure on the barb?
Yes, same pump, same problem. I quoted what is on the sticker on the part because I'm not sure how to interpret the description. The link in your post #14 looks like what I used. I wrapped the plastic threads on the pump base with teflon tape and used the hose clamp to secure the hose to the barb. Before those measures I was getting air leaks I'm good now up to at least 100 psi.
I purchased the part at a GOOD industrial hardware store. Can't remember the cost.
