You might want to ask someone at an auto-repair shop to see if they can match paint. You can't really order just the lever itself... at least not just the blade portion. You have to order the entire lever assembly (part no. Y-6K2 98030 for ST-6600) which I'm going to guess is probably a substantial cost of the entire brifter.
