I totally agree with others on price, but I don't think the seller knows exactly what he has. Looks like something he found in a storage locker or estate sale. For one any respectable owner would've at least put the chain back on and second they would know exactly what price to ask for. The seller sounds like hes fishing for a big price. I would throw a few more lowball offers his way before I stepped up to the actual worth.
