It should be just a matter of installing the cassette and torqueing the lock ring. 8, 9 and 10 speed Shimano hubs will accept all three, as well as 7 speed with a 4.5mm spacer. Expect to need to make minor RD adjustments when swapping wheels, even like for like, due to manufacturing tolerances.
