Selle Anatomica sure works for me. I have one on my double century bike (lots of doubles ridden on this one); bought when Tom Mason was still alive!

Bought another one for my go-fast bike and bought one for my wife too (she loves it). So yes, they are heavy and they are ugly (subjective, of course) but they are comfortable and that's what matters most to me.
