I don't think anyone is arguing that they have a "right" to do this.
But rather that it simply isn't a big deal and not worth making an issue over it.
The problem with that way of thinking is that it empowers them to think that as long as no one is complaining I can keep doing it. It is wrong and people need to speak up when they see it happening.
