Every now and again, the entire Santa Ana river trail is blocked by a service vehicle, police car, or even on a few occasions, a skiploader. Never even once have I thought, "How inconsiderate." People doing their jobs. I got stuck behind a police car on the Pacific Electric Trail for over a mile-- and he never exceeded 15mph. No big deal. It is amusing that people on here get so in a twist about a truck on a trail, though.
