Yep, agreed. Almost as tragic as having to slow down and exhibit some caution when one sees a child on a bike with training wheels ahead of them...
FWIW, another day out of work, another day of *GASP* having to slow my car down to 10MPH to eek my way around a truck parked on the road behind my work. Don't they understand I'd rather hotdog that corner at 60MPH?
