Pretty certain. If you don't want to risk buying the wrong tool, find a bike shop with the right tool. Toronto is a big metropolitan area, so I suspect there are at least a couple shops that have been around long enough to have the proper tool. Once you find it, you can look for the proper tool on line if you want to buy one.
