Today was probably our last hot day for 2017 (82 degrees where I was at), so I took advantage of the weather and put in my longest ride of the season at 62 miles. Over-hydrated at one point which made for a difficult 10 or so miles on the return leg, but in the end I finished faster than I started. I think I'm pretty much well on my way back to fitness - just in time to get fat for winter
