I rode past several police vehicle Tuesday night at twilight on my ride home. They were all parked in the no parking section of the street which required me to merge with traffic to get past them. There was no way my lights would be able to compete with theirs and I felt more vulnerable while riding past them, I'm glad I don't have to do that on a regular basis.
