They've been good to me so far and I'm a lot heavier than the OP. Yes, they come with a Shimano freehub. Yes, they are just like the Fulcrum Racing 3 wheelset (except diff spoke patern), AFAIKT. Same manufacturer so it don't matter. They are also nice in that I no longer need to worry about using a rim strip. Only drawback might be if a spoke breaks it might be a PITA to get the new one laced in. But not sure...
I've always wondered about that spoke pattern...it really looks like it should be giving up strength in the areas between the spoke groups...
