As suggested, I'd be checking out some of the older T.O. shops, who might have the necessary tool and be able to remove it for you. I believe Duke's Cycle is still in business and probably the oldest LBS in T.O., though I don't know how much they lost in the fire a few years back. Also, I recall reading that Mike BarryJr. had restarted Bicycle Specialties a few years back and he probably has all his father's old tools. I have the tool but it would be a 4-5 drive.
