Tried to warranty a multi tool that had some bits rusting. "Well rust never sleeps; you should have oiled our tool all the time." No warranty.

Right, not all of Park's tools are that sturdy. For example, their double ended chrome plated cone wrenches are pretty flimsy but their single size, black with blue handle cone wrenches are vastly better.
That single cone tool(15mm) is sturdy enough that some folks use it as a thin pedal wrench for certain pedals - MKS EZY.
