That's the one, it used to be a really nice ride and was pretty much a staple for OC riders. There's always been a small homeless issue but within the past 2 years its grown ten fold.
I think most of the California Coast is like that, everyone wants to live there and real estate is so precious a millionaire has no issue putting up a property next to a run down area. Some towns are even worse.
Anyway, did my first commute in over a year, felt pretty good.
