It's likely that the chainstay will crack through eventually. But eventually isn't tomorrow or next week, or even next month. It can be a very long time. And if or when it does crack through, it's very unlikely to cause anything more than inconvenience.

If it were mine, I'd continue riding it as long as possible, giving myself time to plan around replacing the frame.
