You guys are good!

The photo was taken soon after I bought the bike, and Oscar Juner (six day racer in the late thirties and longtime owner of American Cyclery in San Francisco) had replaced the original Campy crankset with a Williams (English) set. The chainrings were 46-42 for the San Francisco hills, and the crank arms were 165 mm.
A couple of months ago I replaced the Williams crankset with Campy Record, 53-42 chainrings with 172.5 mm crank arms (still looking for dust caps). It's now much closer to the original Campy Nouvo Record 52-49, 170 mm crank arms, but instead of the 49T small ring, I have 42T for the hills.
I also replaced the original tubular rims with new Mavic MA3s and clincher tires, the original Cinelli 38 cm bars with Nitto 42 cm bars, and the stem with a higher (longer, taller?) Nitto stem with a 110 mm extension. It fits me perfectly now and rides a lot better than when I first bought it.
