It's painted in that old Carlton manner of a flamboyant green color coat over chrome, with the lugs left chrome.

Someone thought enough of it to outfit in in Campagnolo componentry, so I'm hoping it's a Flyer.


I've only ever had a couple of Carlton's, so I don't know that much about the different models. Here're a couple of photos of a '65 Catalina, which is a swell bike, but no Flyer.
