CHECHO, Looks to me to be the Chicago Lake Front Bike Path just south of Oak Street Beach.
First thing that came to my mind was this was shot in Chicago. Was unsure of the exact location on the LF but it just rang out to me. Glad my instinct was correct. Pretty sure I have ridden this exact spot while visiting.
