Paramounts come up with some regulairity on eBay. Just do a periodic search on the word "Paramount" and you will get all that are available. I have seen road and track bikes available. They look like they are usually in pretty good shape. I have bought and sold cycling components and frames on eBay. I haven't had any problems so far. Also, if you want to date any frame you see go to the Waterford bike website. Richard Schwinn works for Waterford and they maintain a great web site on the Paramount. I purchased a C-Record lugged Paramount in 1990 built at the Waterford factory. It was a fantastic bike only the frame was a little too big. Traded it for a Scapin Built pre-Trek Lemond that fit and looked almost identical.
