Right now on eBay there are 2 paramounts. One is a P13 complete bike with very healthy looking chrome lugs. Has a couple of small dings on the top tube which probably won't hurt it structurally (and could be replaced by a good builder) and needs a paint job. The bike looks like it is in pretty decent shape component wise.
there is a frame from the same era that looks like some took and pimped their ride. Exotic paint job. Easy to get someone to paint it in one of the original paramount paint colors. Ed Litton is a vintage bike restorer in Richmond, CA who would re paint the bike and give you a complete set of decals. Good Luck
