Seatpost clamp for carbon frame

This is my first build of a carbon frame, and I don't want to do something dumb and cause problems. The seatpost clamp that came with the frame (Eddy Merckx LXM) looks like this:

There is only a single screw to tighten it, but there is a place for a second screw. I cannot locate a screw / threaded stub that will fit. Can / should I use this with a single screw? Does anyone have a source for a replacement clamp or a second screw that would fit this one?

The taller clamp should spread the clamping force over a larger area, so that makes some logical sense to me. But without the second screw that effect is lost.

The inner diameter if the clamp, relaxed, is 34.9mm if that is helpful.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I found this searching by image - https://www.dolan-bikes.com/double-b...ost-clamp.html

It matches but is on a UK website. Any US availability?
