Here's what the Jersey in question looks like. I had noticed the "Rose" associated with a German bike in my internet search, but then why "Nishiki"? Did they support a Nishiki road bike team at some time? As I note the "Road Series" on the Riding Jacket, note Jersey's I've found have the same design, colors and pattern.
