Well Conti has the 4000S as a race tire, and the 4-season as a training tire which theoretically would get the similar milage as a gatorskin.
The specific features of all these tires are within the advertising but each feature gets a Brand Name ™ so you have to parse it out. The 4 Seasons does have more armor on the theory that wet weather gives you more punctures, but it also has a softer compound for cold & wet traction and I don't think they intend to imply it will give higher mileage... except for the usual way they imply every tire is the best one
