I have the BSR , and at first I thought I'd go with a double chainring, and got a custom made FD bracket to do that..
it, black , clamped on.. used a braze on FD ...

Instead I fitted a Swiss Schlumpf Mountain drive Reduction geared 2 speed crankset, think 50t/20t chainrings..
though with a 54, the gear reduction is as if a 21.6t....15t hub cog, low 17" high 77..

I'd Sell my FD bracket, PM if interested..

I changed the chain tensioner pulleys to 10t Tacx..

replaced the front wheel to a new Schmidt XS dunohub, I did my own light upgrade I settled on B&M, not the ones they chose..

the new rims are better, drop center eases tire installation

New rear rim is directionally drilled , the old one same rim on both wheels..

Kool Stop pad inserts Salmon Compound..

Ergon GR3 grips, pu on some PC 700 Diacompe brake levers, I had ..

1st I got Sewn B Touring & then dry Ortlieb O bag, I got next..

Carradice SQR seat post mounted rear bag for more space..

I replaced the saddle, found the superlight option they offered a fizik vitesse..

If get a Stainless steel seat post rather than the Titanium Because I'm at 200#,,

I'd have to get the Ti Tubing of any seat post in a thicker tube-wall for my weight..
