....it's worth doing a Google search to see if you can find someplace where the shipping is cheap, but IME, the money you save by not paying a VAT often eases the burden of the shipping charges.

When I bought the Italian taps, I think Holland Bike online was offering the best overall deal.


Cyclus is also making a wheel rim straightening tool now, like the old Overland one, that is very handy if you are trying to salvage some period correct wheel set. It pulls out flat spots in older rims that are more flexible. If period correct is not an issue, it's often more troublesome and time consuming than just rebuilding your wheel.

I've been happy with the quality of their stuff. They do make pro level and home mechanic versions, so make sure you know what you are ordering.
