Those knobs (are there two?) on the bottom right are the compression damping adjustments.

I found a setup guide online with some photos in it:

Hmmm....that guide says the coil version does not have compression adjustment. OTOH, your fork might be from a different year, and often fork brands will create special OEM models for bicycle brands.
