IIRC the colour is a pearl or a frost. if this is correct it makes it difficult for touchups. a good source for small containers of pearl or frost finishes is nail varnish. a nail tech might be willing to assist in colour matching as they frequently do what is called in their field "frankening" - the mixing of colours to reach a desired hue.
