A friend recently came across a old bike that I'm not familiar with and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of it of knows any thing about it. It's headbadge says "REX" and it appears to be from the '30s to '50s, perhaps even earlier. There is a modern framebuilder named Steve Rex, but they're not the same ... this one is OLD.
