+1, I was going to say probably, but may be welding, ground down & polished as on my Torelli Gran Sasso. Multiple times people complimented "nice fillet braze frame" and were surprised when I told them it was a weld followed by good finish work. The lower parts of mine are not finished as smoothly as the parts that show more. Don
