I'm in the same boat, no idea how many commuting miles, but my truck, car, and motorcycle go weeks without being driven/ridden (my wife still drives her car but much less).
Between April and September of 2005, I put 48 gallons of gas in my truck. It get 14 miles the the gallon (one of the reasons I ride my bike ). I used less gas than any of the holier-than-thou Prius owners at work! But who gets their pictures in the company newsletter every year? And who doesn't?
