I'd put the value higher. The green bike is toasty, but has some decent parts on it. The Merckx is all about the frame, if nothing is stuck, you should do OK. The TruTemper Traveler is good flip stock, depending on your standards (myself, I have stopped working on bikes at that level, by the time I put several hours and $50 of consumables into it, its a waste of time for me).

Six hours is a long drive one way for obviously neglected bikes that could have serious undisclosed faults. I'd seek out a facilitator, give him the Traveler and green bike as payment, and have them ship the Merckx to you.
