Here in Mobile they start wearing jackets etc. when the temp is in the 60's which I think is a perfect temp for me. I usually don't start putting warm stuff on until it goes below 48ºF and stays there. I will ride down into the 20's if it gets there here. The other hardy riders will do the same. In other words the recreational cyclist will not ride.
