You have to buy few to get the cheapest price. So guess it's a bit for retailers price. But individual can buy these bikes too. These bikes actually have track bike drop outs rear. But seriously, with those colors they look like fixies,with just derailleurs and brakes put on. And the weight: 21kg, really!? It's like almost 3 road bikes...myself, I wouldn't go to the mountains with these, you get back with an ambulance/helicopter.

And rear derailleur, TZ is better known as Tourney.
