But I wonder if that only extends to Diablo Scenic, since that is the actual road from the main public road to the gate? Are the public allowed on *any* of the roads within the subdivision? Again, this has been rehashed ad nauseam, but the last time I thought I understood this, there was no debate the public had a right to be on Diablo Scenic, but it was unclear whether they could be on the other neighborhood roads...I would like clarification if someone can say more definitively (though I doubt this issue is at all definitive).
