Hello All!
Been riding roads and rail trails for the last 7 years after a 10 year break.
I have an old raleigh tri-lite, a newer Cannondale Synapse, and a Cannondale Quick 4 disc.
I often ride with my wife who rides a Trek Madone (happy wife, happy life!!)
Been messing around rebuilding old bikes in the winter and riding between 2000 and 2500 miles in the summer.

Looking forward to learning more about maintenance and fine tuning.
