Will do badger1, as soon as I do a couple of longer rides on it. Just done a couple so far and it’s really nice. Not as lightweight as my previous Roubaix, but eminently more controllable and easier to ride.
Yes, it’s a size M. Against most of the recommended advice, I opted for the size M when the Small frame was technically the better fit. The M feels better for me.
One thing I noticed is that the shop only pumped the tyres to 60PSI but the tyres state 75-100PSI. I pumped the front to 80PSI and the rear to 95PSI and that improved the ride noticeably.
The bike is very quiet on the road, even more so than the Roubaix. It’s a silky smooth kind of ride but it hasn’t been taken into very rough surfaces yet.
The gear shifts are precise. There’s a silent freewheel that adds to the sensation of smoothness and quietness of the bike.
I don’t like the grips as they are quite wide so I have to move my hand position to reach the gearshift levers.
I’ll do a longer write-up once I’ve got more miles on the bike, but if you have any questions then ask away!
