As with just about any BB tool, a ratchet/bar clamp and a small piece of wood can be used to hold the tool in place while cracking it loose, once loose remove and use regular ratchet or other wrench to get the cup out.

I only ask because I just about outmuscled and stripped mine (in addition to banging the hell out of my knuckles) as it kept slipping out a couple weeks back.
