I'm not sure what your point is. Your 6' which is 4" taller than me or approximately 10cm. Let's assume only 60-70% of that height difference are in your legs so that would be around 6 to 7cm. Thus your 58-62cm range is about 6cm taller than mine as I'd expect. My whole point was a person who is 5'7" would unlikely find comfort in a bike as tall as the one described unless they had some really out of the norm body ratio (torso to leg). I had a 56cm Cannondale for about two years and even though I came really close to being able to flat-foot it over the bar the overall dimensions made it a tiring bike to ride. Sold that one off earlier this year.
