You know, one of those rides where the Garmin says you burned 1600 Kjs and it feels more like 3600. Man I was toast. But I do think it made me a bit thinner, we'll see tomorrow. I don't think I had more than 1600-1800 calories all day. it's supposed to be a wash out here tomorrow, I'll do a 20 mile spin in the AM if it's not hammering rain or 40 mph winds, but it might be both. I don't think I can ride Monday. Oh well. Shoulder surgery will probably be in about 5-6 weeks, early December. That's the only thing that might get me up on Zwift. I hate riding indoors, but I really don't want to lose the fitness so I will probably give Zwift a try. Strava like never. Although it would be interesting to compare segments we do on the Park Ridge and Nyack Rides to see how fast we're really going. See, now posting those segment times would not mean Utter Pcad Humiliation.
Group or solo today?

Wind is tough, for sure.
