Sorry to hear that you are having issues with them..but selfishly, I'm a little glad I'm not the only person that had issues with them. I no longer go to their site at all, just because it's not worth the hassle if/when I ever have troubles again. I never tried to call them, but emailing them took over a week to get a reply.

I ended up getting my money back, but I had to do a dispute through PayPal to get it. I'm definitely never going back to their site! Best of luck to you.
