Places in So Cal you haven't ridden but want to

i know a lot of us get around riding southern california but there are invariably spots/areas we all miss
or have barely scratched the surface of riding. where are the places in southern california that you most want to
ride but haven't (or have ridden once/twice) for whatever reason? for the purposes of the discussion, i'm defining
so cal with the pacific ocean as the western border, colorado river to the east, mexican border to the south and
(the problematic one) the northern border stretching from where hwy 101 turns inland past santa barbara/goleta,
cutting east across to palmdale/lancaster, victorville and on to lake havasu city area in az.

for me, it's wanting to ride 1. refugio rd & painted cave near santa barbara and 2. hitting the north (desert) side of
angeles national forest as well as 3. the north (desert) side of san bernardino national forest. hiked some of it.
driven much of it. ridden little to none. some big climbs. some desolation. much wind.
