If you're wondering if your tire widths are compatible with 15mm inside width (IW) rim, they absolutely are. My two hybrids wear 15mm IW and 16mm IW rims and both are running 38mm actual width tires. You can certainly go narrower than 32/35mm tires on those rims, but you can also go wider.
