I have not had a 2017 in hand yet but I am sure it is a nice bike. Weight should be around 23-24 lbs. That is about 11 kgs.

I did sell a few Mu Uno Shadow that I was able to run down earlier in the year. Customers were very happy.

Belt Drive does change the pricing somewhat. It seems about $250 extra. No Grease, and quiet!
That said, the Mu Uno 2017 is a slick bike. You could change out the hub to multi-speed relatively easy and have an urban rocket ship.

Single speeds are clean and simple and the Mu Uno is a fun little rocket ship.
Make sure the MU Frame is the same size dropout as you are going to use with your hub. the coaster brake frame is probably too narrow for putting a cassette hub on.
